Business Analyst

DBC offers the ideal springboard for your career. The Business Analyst position is perfect for university graduates looking to enter the IT industry. The analyst is assigned to one of DBC's business lines, and has the opportunity to gain experience, hone their SAP implementation skills, and develop a range of interpersonal and technical competencies. In this role, you'll be called upon to work with customers, contribute to the organization of teams, and take charge of tasks that play a key role in project success. Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are particularly useful and will be developed in this role.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyze existing processes;
- Identify customer needs;
- Problem solving, solution finding;
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders;
- Build project documentation;
- Support change management.
**And, depending on the line of business**
- Manage a team of analysts in a project cycle;
- Participate in data conversion or maintenance;
- Contribute to the implementation of supply chain best practices.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Relevant university degree or equivalent;
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written), Microsoft office software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday, Microsoft Project, others) is required;
- High degree of autonomy;
- Willingness to learn;
- Ability to adapt;
- Initiative and reliability.
