We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead in our Vancouver BC office.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Virtual Environment Design & Prototyping**:Innovatively design immersive digital environments, avatars, interactive objects, and engaging virtual worlds. Utilize cutting-edge technologies and platforms to craft captivating user experiences in both traditional interfaces and the Metaverse.
- **Seamless Cross-Platform Interaction Design**:Create intuitive cross-platform interactions, enabling real-time and immersive experiences. Facilitate effortless collaboration and communication across platforms through thoughtful design.
- **User Experience Optimization and Support**:Identify and refine user experience challenges, ensuring optimal engagement through continuous refinement of interactive elements. Proactively establish foundational processes to enhance user experience and resolve technical challenges.
- **Collaborative Teamwork and Startup Leadership**:Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, guiding the company in new areas, akin to a startup environment.
- **Research and Innovation**:Stay updated on emerging technologies, driving innovation through proactive research and development. Enhance user experience adapting to the evolving technological landscape.
- **Client Presentation**:Effectively articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, engaging clients with innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree or equivalent **in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field with a focus on interactive technology and user experience.
- **Game Design and Storyboarding**:Proven experience in game design principles and storyboarding techniques. Ability to conceptualize and create compelling narratives, gameplay mechanics, and user experiences within virtual environments.
- **Team-Based Game Development Expertise**:Experience with team-based environment game development, showcasing the ability to establish and lead collaborative teams. Proficiency in setting up appropriate processes, development environments, and infrastructure for game designers, developers, and other specialists to work together seamlessly. Knowledge of required software, licenses, version control systems, asset management tools, and development methodologies essential for team-based projects is a plus.
- **Startup / Green Field Environment Leadership**:Demonstrated ability to work in startup or green field environments, guiding the company in emerging fields. Proven track record of leading teams in learning new technologies and methodologies, establishing foundational processes, and adapting to the evolving needs of the company.
- **Metaverse Familiarity**:Familiarity with various metaverse platforms and concepts, demonstrating an understanding of metaverse ecosystems, virtual economies, and user interactions within virtual environments.
- **Cross-Platform Interaction**:Knowledge of network protocols, multiplayer game development, and seamless cross-platform interactions within virtual environments. Proven expertise in collaborative teamwork, including integrating APIs, developing networking solutions, and ensuring seamless interactions with API developers and integration specialists.
- **Interactive Media Experience**:Previous involvement in game development, virtual reality, augmented reality, or related interactive media fields is highly advantageous. Demon
