'''Duties''' - Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters, status reports, and risk assessments - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion - Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs - Perform risk management to minimize project risks '''Requirements''' - Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry - Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with project management tools such as Visio or similar software - Knowledge of quality management principles such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) - Familiarity with IT project management methodologies such as waterfall or agile - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. **Salary**: $61,218.16-$101,073.66 per year
