Bridgeway Support Services, a division of Bridgeway Family Homes, is seeking highly skilled. Child and Youth Contract Workers to support families, children, and youth who are experiencing a range of social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges through a goal-focused service.

You will be part of a team and your role will be to provide services in the client’s home and the community.

We are looking for individuals to provide services between 15 - 25 hours per week with a typical part-time schedule that includes providing services during the week, during daytime hours, and evening hours, between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm with some weekend sessions.

As previously stated, this is a part-time role, and schedules are based on our client’s needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of goal-focused activities
- Implementation of programs
- Behavior management
- Case Notes and Reports as required

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related Social Service Diploma or Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational, administrative, and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of FASD, ODD, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other diagnoses is beneficial

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Record Check
- Full COVID vaccination receipt
- Driver’s Abstract, ‘G’ Class Driver’s license and insured vehicle with $2 million liability insurance
