Kemptville, Canada Pirate Cove Marina Inc Full time

**Pirate Cove Marina Inc. **is seeking a Service advisor to join our Pirate Cove Marina team. We are full-service marina located in Kemptville, Ontario along the Rideau River.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Meeting & greeting service customers.
- Taking service-related calls from customers and scheduling appointments.
- Interpret customer concerns and comments for the technician to ensure accuracy diagnose.
- Able to be the liaison between the customer and the entire service team.
- Professionally communicates with customers in a way that builds comfort and confidence.
- Provides estimates, creates work orders, and facilitates all units service.
- Schedules and ensures deliveries, warranty and customer repair work are completed in priority order while following an established process.
- Keeps customers informed and updated of the repair status of their units.
- Verifies quality control has been done and completes final billing and delivery to customers.
- Sells additional service/maintenance, parts, and accessories.

- Detail oriented and follows through to the smallest detail and can accurately document repairs
- Understanding of the recreational vehicle is an asset and highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in service-related industry is an asset and highly preferred.

**Salary**: $16.08-$28.43 per hour
