**Grizzly Trail Motors** is seeking an exceptional self-starter with strong administrative and customer service skills to join their team as an **Administrator in our Collision Centre**In this position you will be responsible for appointment bookings, greeting and assisting our customers in-person or over the phone, preparing estimates, coordinating with insurance companies and more. **This position is temporary, full time with an expected 12-month term.**

**Job Duties**:
- Support the Estimator by accurately beginning/preparing estimates
- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs, with regular customer follow-up
- Liaise with various insurance companies regarding coverage and submission of the repair work
- Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files
- Provide other general administrative support as required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills including the ability to use tact, sensitivity and professionalism when interacting with customers and insurance providers
- Resourceful self-starter that is extremely well organized
- Strong problem-solving skills including strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous collision administration experience is not required, however considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license
