**Job Summary**
We’re looking for someone who is a **self-starter**, takes pride in their work, and values building lasting relationships with clients and the local community. A professional, friendly attitude and a dedication to quality are key.

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Restore surfaces as needed, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

**Bonus Skills (Not Required)**:

- Experience with spraying equipment
- Familiarity with minor drywall repairs or surface patching
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- 3 + years of proven experience in commercial painting or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete projects within deadlines.
- A commitment to safety practices in the workplace is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting/moving equipment and ladders
