Tomlinson Group of Companies is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team and ensure that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Report to QC Manager on field operations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects
- Review and approve quality control documentation
- Identify and report quality issues and work with project teams to develop corrective actions
- Train and supervise quality control technicians
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality requirements are met
- Develop and maintain quality control reports and documentation, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with project teams to develop quality control plans and procedures for new construction projects
- Coordinate with third-party testing and inspection agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Attend daily Operational meetings.
- Schedule and Dispatch QC Field Staff.
- Maintain and update QC Department Sharepoint site
- Schedule and conduct annual calibration of QC Field Testing Equipment
- Attend industry seminars
- Monitor and track construction materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Conduct training sessions for construction personnel on quality control procedures and best practices
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control issues and progress
- Occasional field work when required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with quality control software and tools is an asset
