Are you ready to be the friendly and engaging face of our business? We seek part-time Sales Associates to work 20-25 hours a week during evenings and weekends who are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide professional and friendly service to our valued customers (guests), always exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a visually appealing environment for our guests.
- Conduct sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing both cash and credit card systems.
- Assist with restocking and rotating stock, ensuring our shelves are always well-stocked and visually enticing.
- Adhere to the laws and regulations related to liquor sales, including conducting ID checks,
- Identify opportunities for improved staff and customer experiences, including safety hazards, and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- ProServe certification (can be obtained pre-hire)
- A positive mindset
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish connections
- A team-oriented personality, willing to collaborate and support fellow team members Physically capable of bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50lb
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a desire to create a positive guest experience
- Comfortable and accurate in conducting sales transactions using a point-of-sale system and daily cash-out reconciliations.

**BONUS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in specialty retail, showcasing your expertise and understanding of customer needs is a plus
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, allowing you to provide informed product recommendations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.25-$16.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
