LaPorte Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill a multi-task position within our company. This role offers a variety of responsibilities across marketing, administration, design, and project support. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update social media platforms and marketing campaigns for both LaPorte Construction and LaPorte Mechanical.
- Oversee general marketing efforts, including creating signage and promotional materials.
- Design and manage the employee apparel program to align with company branding.

**Client Proposals and Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in creating and presenting client proposal selection packages.
- Gather customer satisfaction surveys and reviews to help improve service delivery.

**Design and Creative Contributions**:

- Support interior design tasks using software tools (experience with design software is an asset).
- Conduct on-site job progress photo shoots and create project videos.
- Contribute to website design and updates to maintain a professional online presence.

**Administrative and Human Resource Support**:

- Manage reception duties, including handling the office phone.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed.
- Offer human resource support, such as assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and coordination.

**Executive Assistance and Event Planning**:

- Serve as an assistant to the management team, helping with scheduling, communication, and task management.
- Plan and book events for the company, including team events, client meetings, and promotional activities.

**Project and Compliance Support**:

- Ensure developments comply with municipal regulations.
- Assist with project tracking and documentation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in marketing, social media, and/or design (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with design or administrative software tools (an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable attitude.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
