At GameDay Men's Health - Whitby, we are redefining what healthcare looks like for men. Our clinic is built for comfort, discretion, and performance - offering testosterone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide treatments, vitamin therapy with more services to come in the future. We are not a supplement shop or a sterile, cold medical office - we are a health practitioner led space where men can feel heard, supported and where their health will be optimized.

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, sales-savvy professional with strong social skills to be the first point of contact for our patients - on the phone and in person (both in the clinic and in the community). This is not your average front desk role. We need someone who can:

- Make callers feel understood and cared for with respect to their health
- Educate prospective patients on our services and the value of our services
- Build trust and rapport quickly
- Strong ability to convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into treatment plans
- Work outside the clinic at times nurturing relationships and partnerships in the community
- Work well and support other members of our team

**Duties**
- Answering calls and handling inbound inquiries with empathy, knowledge and confidence
- Education prospective patients about our core treatments
- Scheduling consultations and managing clinic calendars
- Following up with patient leads and nurturing relationships and partnerships over time
- Some out of clinic work hunting new partnerships and branding initiatives in the community
- Supporting a smooth front-desk experience (check-ins, payments, light admin)
- Being a key part of a small, passionate and cohesive team focused on changing the lives of men through health optimization

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills. Some experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles.
- Comfortable with consultative lead conversion and goal-oriented performance
- Naturally empathetic when communicating with men struggling with different health challenges
- Confident, professional and able to speak clearly and confidently about health-related topics
- Organized and tech savvy
- Social Media skills would be an asset
- Confidence to go into the community and promote the GameDay Men's Health Brand
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on the patient experience.

This role is integral in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care while feeling valued and respected throughout their journey with us.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
