Commercial Cleaner/logistics

**COBOURG HOME HARDWARE BUILDING CENTRE**is looking for a Commercial Cleaner/Logistics Associate to join our busy and growing team.

This new and exciting full time position will be split up into half time cleaner and half time logistics associate working under the direction of store management.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Commercial Cleaner (Approx. 4 hours a day)**
- Ensure that retail floors are cleaned on a regular basis according to a maintenance schedule.
- Ensure that store waste bins are emptied each day
- Basic housekeeping ensuring that common areas (restrooms, kitchen, etc) are kept clean and tidy as needed
- Move store product as needed to maintain a clean environment
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Must work safely and adhere to all company policy and procedures

**Logistics Associate**(Approx. 4 hours a day)
- Maintaining merchandise in aisles and warehouse
- Maintaining store and standards
- The filling and facing of product from regular delivery trucks and staying until all stock from truck is worked
- Aid in the auditing of inventory
- Back fill retail locations from warehouse and secondary locations.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to communicate with a friendly, calm and consistent demeanor
- Work with mínimal supervisor and adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle repetitive physical demands such as bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for long periods of time.
- An excellent problem solver that works well within a team atmosphere or individually
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
