**Position Description - Overview**
The Brand Ambassador plays a critical role in promoting GWBC within their designated region. The individual will be involved in supporting our Territory Managers through proper execution of strategic marketing programs at retail and on-premise locations. Working with the Territory Managers you will strengthen relationships and achieve objectives. In addition, the position will be required to support the execution of specific sponsorships and events.
**Safety and Food Safety Statement**

- Report all food safety, and people safety, authenticity, legality and quality issues
**Key responsibilities and requirements for the position include**:
- Building relationships with our accounts to strengthen their commitment to GW
- Managing and maintaining customer profiles with accurate information and notes in the CRM
- Ensure full distribution of the Great Western brands and identify opportunities where distribution can be increased and communicate back to the Territory Manager
- Ensure the highest product quality at the retail and on-premise level and removing product that does not meet our high standards
- Managing the coordination of samplings throughout the designated region
- Providing the Commercial team with insight on market trends and conditions
- Observe and report on competitive activity
- Managing the POS material at retail and on-premise locations based on the needs of the Territory Manager
- Building displays to highlight and promote the Great Western Brands
- Interfacing with the sales and marketing group to ensure that our accounts have the proper materials and pricing
**Organizational Structure**
Reports functionally to the designated Territory Manager, however, this position will work closely with several areas of the business.

- Understanding the Great Western sales process & building blocks and using it as a guideline to merchandise our brands based on customer and consumer demographics

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree or working towards in the area of Marketing or Business related
- Merchandising/Marketing fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate i.e. MS office, excel, power point, CRM
- Willingness to work flexible or irregular hours including evenings and weekends and occasionally statutory holidays

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
