**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and paving machines.
- Assist in the preparation and layout of construction sites, including grading and leveling surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of safety practices related to construction work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good physical stamina and strength for manual labor tasks.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during construction activities.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
