This is an amazing opportunity for you to be apart of Century Hospitality Group's most rebellious restaurant - **"We are Rebels, and we're not afraid to prove it"**_ This role requires you to be an OUTSTANDING server, HIGH PERFORMING leader, and a PHENOMENAL people person. We are not your average 'Vodka-Soda, Rum and Coke' kind of restaurant. Our extensive cocktail list and sophisticated wine menu will be sure to provide you with a fast paced, fun and challenging atmosphere. Our VIP clientele require you to be on your A-Game at all times and because of this, our staff are compensated very well. We are looking for an outgoing "hybrid" team-member who is experienced in both managing staff and serving guests. You will be required to shift-lead approximately 2-3 days per week and serve tables the other 2-3 days per week. If any of that intimidates you... we are not the right fit for each other. We are ONLY looking for the BEST of the BEST (Did I mention we're blunt?..) To ensure that we are both a great fit for each other, all applicants must meet the following requirements: **-MINIMUM 3 years experience serving at a restaurant.** - MUST be able to work Saturdays and Sundays - Pro-serve must be current and valid. - Available to work mornings and nights. - Be professional and responsible. - Be outgoing, fun and EXTREMELY personable.
