**Job description**

Cold Shot is looking for a Fleet Supervisor at its Edmonton location. Please find below the list of requirements and scope of work.

**Monday - Friday**

**_Requirements_**
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must have a minimum class 4 driving license
- Experience as a supervisor

**_Scope of Work_**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of fleet of vehicles.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, safe to drive, and in good working order.
- Daily reporting for drivers/ owner operator
- Assigning routes to drivers based on traffic patterns, customer needs, and other factors
- Reviewing safety reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining safety standards for drivers and passengers.
- Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order
- Maintaining vehicle maintenance record for each vehicle
- Scheduling and coordinating the use of the vehicles, and for keeping track of the mileage and fuel consumption of the vehicles
- Tally fuel reports at the end of each month
