**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of the kitchen and dining area.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation guidelines.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
