**What You'll Be Doing**
- Telemedicine Medical Care (remote).
- Intake and patient assessment of presenting problem(s)/condition(s) using CloudMD’s telemedicine platform.
- Triage of patients, identifying high priority patients requiring immediate assessment by the Nurse Practitioner.
- Educate patients through sharing health teaching - both written and verbal (video) leveraging CloudMD’s, evidenced-based, iMD system.
- Document clinical findings and triage outcome, based on assessment findings.
- Follow-through - Complete clinically necessary requisitions for diagnostics/imaging and/or referrals to specialists.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Current registration, in good standing with the respective province(s) where the LPN/RPN will be assigned and determined by where the patient lives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using both _synchronous_ - chat/messaging and video links & _asynchronous_ - recording, sharing, transmitting patient-specific information
- Strong, primary care assessment skills
- Ability to multi-task, with effective, time management skills under mínimal supervision
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
- Proactive, solution-based approach to problems with a focus on continuous, quality improvement
- Proven, exemplary customer-service
- Being licensed in multiple provinces is considered an asset
- Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset
**Preferred Experience**
- Recent primary care experience in either a Family Practice or an acute, inpatient setting
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Experience working on a telemedicine platform

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
