Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) provides Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of clinic and home-based community care settings.

We are looking for a full time **Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)** to join our team. This is a Maternity cover contract for 1 year. Location will be South River, Novar, Utterson, Port Sydney and Huntsville, Muskoka, ON.

Our Therapy Assistant will be working mainly under Registered PTs to provide health teaching, exercise programs and would be able to administer care plans for Physiotherapists.

*If you are a new Physiotherapy Assistant program graduate, our team provides comprehensive exposure to learning and development opportunities*

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be working with our physiotherapy team under the supervision of a Registered PT.
- Provide health teaching and perform exercise programs with clients in-person and virtually.

**Skills needed for success**:

- A recognized physiotherapy program or Kinesiology is an asset.
- A proven track record of being able to work independently, as well as comfortable working in a team.
- Building relationships with clients and their families/ caregivers.
