**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use.
- Work closely with the chef and service team to keep the flow smooth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Control portions, minimize waste, and maintain consistent quality.
- Participate in prep before service and cleaning after.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a respectful, professional kitchen culture.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in cooking, prep, or restaurant work (professional or apprentice level).
- Solid understanding of food handling and safety standards.
- Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong sense of cleanliness, order, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and teamwork with the kitchen and service teams.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to keep learning.
- Experience in fine dining or open-kitchen settings is an asset.

Nous cherchons un-e **cuisinier-ère de carrière** qui prend fierté à bien faire les choses, à maintenir des standards élevés et à travailler en harmonie avec le reste de l’équipe.

Ce rôle est essentiel au succès de chaque service. Tu participeras à la préparation des plats, à la gestion des produits et au maintien d’une cuisine irréprochable.

**Responsabilités**
- Préparer et cuisiner les plats selon les recettes et standards établis.
- S’assurer que les ingrédients sont frais, bien conservés et prêts à être utilisés.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le chef et l’équipe de service pour garder un rythme fluide.
- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation dans toutes les zones de la cuisine.
- Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité en tout temps.
- Contrôler les portions, réduire le gaspillage et garantir une qualité constante.
- Participer à la mise en place avant le service et au nettoyage après.
- Soutenir les collègues et contribuer à une culture d’équipe professionnelle et respectueuse.

**Compétences et expérience**
- Expérience en cuisine, en préparation ou en restauration (professionnelle ou apprentissage).
- Connaissance solide des pratiques de manipulation des aliments et des règles de salubrité.
- Capacité à rester concentré et organisé dans un environnement rapide.
- Sens aigu de la propreté, de l’ordre et du détail.
- Communication claire et esprit d’équipe avec la cuisine et la salle.
- Passion pour la cuisine et désir de continuer à apprendre.
- Expérience en restauration gastronomique ou cuisine ouverte, un atout.
