**Position Summary**:
You will be required to drive to multiple job sites across the Greater Vancouver Area - including Surrey, Downtown Vancouver, Aldergrove, etc.

You will **not** be responsible for budgets, invoicing, or issuing change orders, but you must identify and communicate when change orders are required and clearly outline scope. You must also have your **own truck capable of transporting materials**.

**What You Will Do**:

- Drive to and oversee multiple commercial TI job sites across the Lower Mainland.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and deliveries.
- Order and pick up materials when required and ensure sites have the material ready for trades
- Perform hands-on finish carpentry/millwork tasks including:

- Installation of doors and hardware
- Backing and blocking
- Shelving
- Site Protection
- Wall protection and mirrors
- Etc.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide timely updates.

**- Anticipate and resolve complex site issues independently.**
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Read and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Maintain clear daily documentation (logs, photos, reports).
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and senior management.
- Lead by example — balancing project management with hands-on work.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License and personal truck (mandatory).**
- Minimum **2-3 years of construction experience** (commercial TI strongly preferred).
- Strong carpentry and millwork installation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and full IFC drawings.
- Proficiency with construction tools (drills, saws, grinders, levels, lasers, etc.).
- Independent, proactive, and accountable with strong ownership mentality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of hands-on work.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools/software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) is an asset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Project Manager.
- Formal training/certification in construction or project management.
- Background managing design-driven commercial TI projects.
