**Join Our Team - Morning Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor**

Vitasana Health + Fitness is looking for a passionate, client-focused Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor to join our team on a subcontract basis.

We’re specifically seeking a coach who is available for morning classes (6:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday), with occasional flexibility to cover weekend sessions.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who prioritizes client experience and structured programming in a supportive coaching environment.
- Ability to work with clients in small group and personal training settings, adapting workouts to meet diverse needs.
- A motivating and uplifting attitude that encourages an inclusive, engaging, and results-driven environment.
- A solid understanding of progressive programming and periodization, including strength progression, injury prevention and structured long-term training approaches.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients build confidence and strength.
- Availability between 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday (not necessarily every day), with flexibility to cover weekend classes as needed
- A team player who is coachable, professional, and eager to contribute to a thriving fitness community.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized Personal Training and/or Group Fitness Certification (canfitpro, NSCA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
- CPR & First Aid certification (must provide a copy before starting).
- Proof of professional liability insurance (must provide a copy before starting).
- 2+ years of experience working with clients in small group and/or personal training settings.
- A coaching style that is encouraging and adaptable.
- Experience with strength training modalities (barbell, kettlebells, yoga etc).
- Experience leading strength-based, mobility, circuit training, or functional fitness classes.
- Knowledge of mobility and recovery techniques is an asset.
