**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces of vehicles, including sanding, priming, and masking
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure that the final product meets quality standards
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive painting
- Experience in painting armored vehicles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of paint mixing, spraying techniques, and color matching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a variety of positions, including stooping, bending, and reaching
