**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a technically skilled, adaptable, and team-oriented **ERP Technician** with deep expertise in **SQL development** and a proven ability to quickly master and configure ERP platforms, particularly in manufacturing environments. Experience with **Insight ERP (by Cyncly)**, **Microsoft Dynamics**, or similar systems is highly preferred.
**What You’ll Do**
- Configure and develop **Insight ERP (Cyncly)** workflows, labels, reports, and customizations
- Translate business needs into technical ERP solutions in collaboration with Production, Sales, Engineering, and Finance
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training
- Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports using **Power BI, Crystal Reports, or SSRS**:
- Integrate ERP with third-party systems (e.g., MES, CRM, HRIS) using APIs or middleware
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues quickly
- Ensure data accuracy and security through audits and best practices
**What You Bring**
- **Direct experience with Insight ERP by Cyncly** (formerly 2020 Insight) is **required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of ERP development or support experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong skills in **SQL** and a solid understanding of ERP data structures
- Ability to support users, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with system integrations and reporting/dashboard tools
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to improve processes through smart system design
