**Summary**

We are seeking a Purchasing/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Anipet Animal Supplies. This role is essential in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring that we maintain strong relationships with our vendors.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with scheduling vendor meetings & communication
- Assist with set up of new vendors and new items
- Set up and maintain product data and pricing
- Maintain website images and product descriptions
- Support the Director of Purchasing & the Brand Development Manager
- Coordinate samples, donations, and clearance orders
- Provide general administrative support to both departments

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in purchasing, marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
