**About the role***
**This is a key role that will lead you to provide your expertise on the definition, execution and value of the various possible technological bricks and their hybridization (estimated gains, impact on security, suitability for uses, feasibility). You will lead the decision support team on the development side, i.e. the orientation, implementation and monitoring of technical tasks.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Development and Operations**:
***

***:

- **Manage the development team to design and deploy Airudi product lines;**
***:

- **Responsible for defining and implementing development best practice policies and procedures in collaboration with the Tech Leads;**
***:

- **Collaborate with Product Development and Management team members to define user story acceptance criteria, break down complex stories into tasks, plan and produce solutions;**
***:

- **Oversee the construction, deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure pipelines and ensure Azure operational costs are managed and monitored;**
***:

- **Validate and supervise the integration of predictive models and machine learning models;**
***:

- **Responsible for the implementation of efficient and scalable systems;**
***:

- **Responsible for validating the quality of the code by implementing functional, unit or any other relevant tests;**
***:

- **Responsible for the validation of technology estimates proposed by the Tech Leads;**
***:

- **Ensure the sound management of the life cycle of assigned projects;**
***:

- **Ensure the management and monitoring of end-to-end solution architectures;**
***:

- **Identify gaps in current business processes and develop a corrective action plan to address them;**
***:

- **Verify the content and logic of workflows to ensure that they are consistent with formal**
**development processes;**
***

**Strategy and Management**:
***
- **Define the technology roadmap that must meet a true growth strategy;**
***:

- **Identify and execute technology choices for architecture and security solutions;**
***:

- **Ensure a thorough technology monitoring to identify emerging technologies and exploit their potential;**
***:

- **Manage the development requirements of the marketed products in collaboration with the project teams;**
***:

- **Ensures the monitoring and governance of Airudi’s IT security;**
***:
***:

- **Support the team in incident management and work proactively to anticipate threats;**
***:

- **Design and participate in the implementation of a self-scaling and robust cloud infrastructure;**
***:

- **Ensure cost-effective operation of the company’s cloud resources;**
***:

- **Define operational structure and processes for the team’s activities;**
***:

- **Ensure a rich experience for the group’s employees, allowing them to fully contribute their expertise and develop their interests;**
***:

- **Determine the deployment of group employees to meet the needs of the team - while ensuring a high level of quality delivery of contracts and mandates;**
***:

- **Provide technical/strategic guidance (product vision) to the development team;**
***:

- **Provide relevant training to the technical team;**
***

**Human Resources**:
***
- **Work collaboratively with management on workforce and budget planning, recruiting, training and all other stages of the employee life cycle;**
***:

- **Participate in the recruitment of the technical team;**
***:

- **Communicate regularly with the management team to highlight achievements, gains and intermediate lessons learned regarding the team;**
***:

- **Ensure the management of the development team members, including**:

- **Approval of vacation/other requests;**
***:

- **Determining the appropriate level of expectations for each of the responsibilities associated with the team members;**
***:

- **In collaboration with management, support team members in their career development through individual meetings (professional development plan);**
***:

- **Evaluate the performance and follow-up on the objectives of each team member;**
***

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- **5+ years of team management in a software development environment;**
***:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline;**
***:

- **Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English;**
***:

- **Experience leading teams and managing change;**
***:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
