Bartender and Server

**Amici is currently hiring a seasoned Bartender/Server to join our professional front-of-house team.**

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in both bartending and table service, ideally within a busy, full-service restaurant environment. A strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food service — especially Italian cuisine — is essential. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of hospitality behind the bar and on the floor, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for. Attention to detail, composure under pressure, and a polished, personable approach are key to success in this role. **Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, following Amici’s recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable and warm table service, confidently guiding guests through our Italian food and beverage offerings.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and service area, restocking and cleaning glassware regularly.
- Process orders and transactions accurately, including handling cash and using POS systems efficiently.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and upsell items that enhance their dining experience.
- Support basic food prep and service when needed, in alignment with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Observe responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth operations, particularly during high-volume periods.

**Key Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in bartending and restaurant service, preferably in a fast-paced or upscale setting.
- Strong cashiering and transaction-handling skills.
- Confident upselling techniques and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food prep and a solid understanding of safe service standards.
- A clear, professional communication style and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Composure, attention to detail, and a polished presence during every shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
