**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with guests.
- Assist guests with new bookings, modifications or cancellations of existing reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings for passengers, travel agents, and corporate accounts to ensure all information is entered correctly into the reservation system.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by office manager or dispatch team.
- Securely handle confidential payment processing for reservations.
- Coordinate with dispatch team for availability while taking reservations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about ground transportation operations and guest services. Join our team as a Reservation Agent and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
