**JOB TYPES**:Full-time; Part-time

POSITION: Residential House Cleaners

LOCATION: Surrey, Vancouver and surrounding areas

PAY: $20 - $25/hr (Driving time is paid time)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred
- Be able to work for long hours if needed
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, ability to multitask
- Exceptional cleaning & customer service skill, detail-oriented
- Ability to drive with a valid driving license is required
- Authorized to work in Canada and able to pass criminal check
- Effective communication skill in English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, disinfects, vacuums, dusts rooms, common areas, and any other areas as assigned on a scheduled basis (Residential)
- Prepares cleaning solutions and utilizes cleaning supplies in accordance with established procedures and safe practices.
- Ensures health, safety and hygiene practices/procedures are adhered to and assists in maintaining quality assurance standards.
- Maintains a current knowledge of and complies with Cleanology policies and procedures.
- Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment; maintain cleaning records and inventory of supplies.
- Handle customer relations, resolve concerns and communicate with the office staff.
- Assist in Sales & Marketing activities.
