- You’ll utilise your communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to ensure on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience including managing undelivered packages as well completing daily reports
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of action where you need to adapt very quickly to the needs of the business by making quick decisions and problem-solving situations that will come up
- You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the development of procedures and working methods as well as ensuring they are followed by monitoring key performance indicators.
- You are a huge fan of health and safety and will have the ability to promote and follow safe work methods and behaviours

What do you need to be successful?
- Resourceful and autonomous
- Curious about the transport industry
- Strong leadership skills

The shift will be Sunday to Thursday (5 AM to 14 PM). MUST be flexible with the shift times, if needed.
