Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing creative marketing campaigns to promote our properties, elevate our brand presence and Client Care. Your expertise in both computer proficiency and marketing strategies will be pivotal in reaching and engaging our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for properties, utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing avenues.
Utilize your computer proficiency to optimize CRM systems, databases, and marketing automation tools for efficient workflow and lead management.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive lead generation.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Photo Editing Software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant marketing tools.
Proven expertise in real estate marketing is a plus but general marketing experience required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
Innovative mindset with a keen eye for emerging marketing trends and technologies.
A passion for real estate and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
