**POSITION OVERVIEW**

This is a Full-time, permanent position with flexible hours and rotating evenings & weekends. You will be paid by commission, on a competitive compensation structure. Most of your work can be done on a computer, but you will be expected to be in the office to provide financing solutions and close sales. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Be a liason between clients and lenders_
- _Interact with clients about specific auto & RV needs_
- _Manage online advertisements on a variety of platforms (ie Car Gurus, Kijiji, Facebook)_
- _Negotiate deals & approvals with financial service providers_
- _Analyze and build presentation of after market products, warranties & insurances_
- _Take over from sales team and close financing deals with excellent customer service and salesmanship_
- _Prepare and execute loan agreements with transparency while handling objections & concerns from clients_
- _Liase with client and financial institution to gather, prepare & submit documentation with expertise & precision_
- _Be active on social media, and participate in recorded & live videos on Instagram/Facebook/etc_
- _Meet or exceed monthly targets_

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Valid AMVIC certification
- Reliable vehicle & ability to drive to Acheson for work
- Minimum 1 Year experience in automotive or RV subprime finance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work as a team to help build success within the company
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales goals

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
