Our company is a growing in its industry with operations located in Edmonton. We are looking for a F/T experienced and flexible Class 1 Driver. while also operating a 5 ton truck for our production facility in Edmonton.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will be responsible for:

- Following established local delivery schedules
- Picking up and delivering trailers in a safe manner
- Being compliant with safety and traffic laws
- Performing pre-trip, post-trip inspections and necessary preventative maintenance checks
- Completing other duties as requested by the Logistics Manager
- This position does not have a set schedule and will include driving days, evenings, weekends

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver License
- Minimum of two years' experience
- Able to use computer equipment such as: cell phone, GPS and other automation
- Speak, read and write fluent English
- Current Commercial Drivers Abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (preferred)
