**Bilingual Warehouse Associate** responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to,:

- Setting up racking
- Receiving, unpacking, arranging, and storing goods.
- Pick and pack of customer orders.
- Checking stock for damage and wear, reporting faults and discrepancies.
- Marking and labeling stock.
- Operating machinery.
- Organizing product shipments.
- Tracking and locating inventory and shipments
- Setting up an inventory count system
- Ensuring safety standards are met.
- Taking orders at walk up counter, by phone, or online.
- Answer all incoming customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist with technical service questions (training will be provided)
- Make deliveries if necessary
- Problem solving to rectify customer concerns as quickly as possible
- Process returns for customers and getting RGA’s from vendor if required.
- General warehouse maintenance
- Assist in setting up of trade show booths
- Other duties as needed
- Self motivated and self guided
- A generally upbeat and happy personality
- A quick learner
- Able to multitask
- Someone who can think on their feet
- Excellent with organizational tasks and will have an attention to detail
- Available for additional hours as may be required seasonally to perform this job effectively
- Knowledgeable in pools or spas, but not a requirement
- Be on-site daily at our warehouse in Vaudreuil, Quebec
- Be bondable
- Prove the ability to travel internationally if needed for trade shows

**Remuneration**:

- $55K, 3 weeks vacation, 6 sick days, Monday to Friday 8h30 - 16h30, benefits program_

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
