**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities encompass**:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate trauma, mood, and cognitive function
- Diagnose conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapy (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR) focused on trauma recovery and coping skills
- Educate clients and families on mental health, recovery, and return-to-function goals
- Support clients in preparing for a successful return to work by addressing psychological and functional barriers.
**Education, Training, and Experience**:
- Must hold active registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia (CPBC)
- Valid professional liability insurance as per CPBC guidelines
- Experience working with motor vehicle accident (MVA) clients is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
