We are seeking a full-time **Solar Sales Representative **to join our award-winning Solar & Electrical team

We are looking to fill this open position within our organization immediately, we require people with in the sale and design of solar systems.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales and Design respresentative to join our team. As a Solar Sales and Design rep, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and designing systems. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for business development.

**Duties**:

- Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities for the solar department
- Conduct research to gather market intelligence and stay updated on industry developments
- Identify and target key clients and prospects for business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Explain the solar process to customers, complete a materials list, coordinate with suppliers and ensure all required permits are completed.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Design solar systems for customer homes using Aurora
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry trends

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in solar sales
- Ability to understand solar drawings and specifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
