We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Processing team in the role of **Manager, Quality Control**

**As a Manager, Quality Control you will.**
- Oversee analytical laboratory operations and review data being reported to the various internal clients.
- Identify potential issues with data, procedures or instrumentation and make changes as part of the continuous improvement cycle
- Oversee stability program and ensure ongoing enrolment aligns with corporate objectives.
- Identify potential gaps in the stability program and make recommendations for new enrolments
- Continually review Quality Control functions across the sites and ensure best practices are applied
- Review/revise QC related standards, policies, and protocols to ensure a harmonization across all sites
- Support any quality control related OOT/OOS investigations
- Support any audits (internal or external audits) as required
- Lead/Support plans for quality control improvement and strengthen reporting on Key Quality Performance Indicators
- Lead a team to support corporate QC initiatives including, but not limited to, test/method evaluation for innovation, QC investigations, and on-going stability program
- Provide guidance to the operational sites through employing risk-based decision making and strategies
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and expectations to be able to adopt best practices
- Partner with other functional areas to establish and cultivate the Quality Culture at the sites
- Provides technical direction, and coaching to direct and indirect reports as needed
- Other duties as required

**You would be the best fit for this role if you have**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Technical discipline, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a lab environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer-packaged goods industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Advance Microsoft Office skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and ability to navigate across operational sites
- Proven ability to develop and build teams and cross-functional relationships
- Ability to coach and develop employees to build a strong team
- Ability to think strategically while balancing tactical issues to make quick and informed decisions
