**Job Title**: Security Guard/Bouncer

**Shifts**: 3-4 nights per week 7pm to 3am

A2A Security is seeking highly motivated, vigilant, and proactive individuals to become our next **Security Guard/Bouncer**. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone at a high-profile bar during night shifts (7 PM to 3 AM).

**What You’ll Do**
- **Maintain Order and Safety**: Monitor the premises to prevent disturbances and ensure compliance with bar policies and regulations.
- **Crowd Control**: Manage guest entry, verify IDs, and ensure capacity limits are respected.
- **Incident Response**: Address altercations and emergencies calmly and professionally, de-escalating conflicts when necessary.
- **Enforce Bar Policies**: Handle situations involving intoxicated individuals responsibly, ensuring they leave the premises safely if needed.
- **Visible Presence**: Serve as a professional, approachable security figure to enhance customer comfort and safety.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with bar staff and management to create a secure, welcoming atmosphere.

- Experience in security, crowd control, or nightlife settings (preferred but not required).

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Security: 2 years (required)
- Bar: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
