- Operation of encapsulation machine.
- Timely and accurate completion of paperwork
- Produce a high-quality product to specification.
- Inspect, polish, size, and package finished product.
- Ensure that established goals and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Correct and safe operation of equipment.
- Participate in special projects and general plant duties.

**Requirements**:

- A willingness to learn.
- A desire to work as part of a team and able to work independently to meet commitments.
- Attention to detail.
- Mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
- Complete a criminal record check.
- Ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs (22 kg).
