**Job Summary**:
**Areas of Expertise**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- Previous legal experience or coursework in immigration law is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using online databases and other resources to support case preparation and analysis.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents, correspondence, and memos accurately and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff members.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex legal issues and identify relevant legal principles and precedents.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work and interactions with clients and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist attorneys in drafting various legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits.
- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents to support ongoing cases and projects.
- Attend meetings with clients to gather information, discuss case progress, and provide support as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Review legal documents for accuracy, grammar, and spelling errors to ensure professional quality.
- Prepare correspondence for court submissions, including letters, responses, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in organizing and managing disclosures, ensuring all relevant documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Prepare and submit legal forms through online portals and other platforms as required by immigration procedures.
- Research country conditions relevant to clients' cases, including political, social, and economic factors affecting immigration decisions.
- Assist in preparing content for presentations, reports, and other materials related to immigration law and policy.
