R&T Auctions is a fast-paced online auction house based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We manage a wide variety of sales—from estate and business clear-outs to rare collectibles and liquidation stock. Our focus is on consistency, professionalism, and creating exciting auction experiences for bidders across Canada and beyond.

We’re expanding our team and looking for **motivated, detail-oriented individuals** who are eager to contribute and grow with us.

**Position Summary**:
As an Auction Cataloguing & Operations Associate, your main responsibility will be **creating accurate and appealing online listings**. This includes photographing, describing, and measuring items for upcoming auctions.

Although cataloguing will be your primary focus, team members may be asked to assist with a variety of auction-related tasks—such as organizing inventory, clearing work areas, or supporting customer pickups. This is a hands-on role that supports all parts of the auction process.

This position reports to the **senior management team**, who oversee inventory flow, auction design, and consignor coordination. Team members are expected to follow direction, communicate clearly, and maintain a high standard of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Catalog auction items with accuracy, appealing descriptions, and clear photography
- Assist with item intake, sorting, and organization of consignments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support the front-end team on pickup days as needed
- Perform general warehouse duties such as lifting, sweeping, or garbage removal
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet weekly production targets
- Cross-train in various aspects of the business for operational flexibility
- Follow instructions and communicate progress to management

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting
- Experience in photography, warehousing, or auctions is an asset
- Good written and verbal English communication

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
