Remarketing Specialist

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Remarket all lease returns and coordinate resale strategies for buy-ins and wholesale
- Support lease-end clients by discussing upgrade, renewal, or buyout options
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of paperwork, including Bill of Sale, insurance, lease agreements, and paperwork related to retail sales, payouts, and wholesale transactions.
- Guide clients through the lease-end process and ensure a seamless transition.
- Track portfolio activity, renewal rates, and client feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the credit and sales teams to create tailored solutions for each client.
- Support retention-focused campaigns and customer communication strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lease-end portfolio or retention management and knowledge of vehicles characteristics and capabilities
- Active VSA license (Vehicle Sales Authority of BC) - required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Client-first approach with the ability to identify and respond to customer needs.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client files.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin an asset.
- Valid BC driver’s license.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- lease-end portfolio or retention management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority of BC) (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
