Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Cleaner is responsible for all cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting.

Key

**Responsibilities**:
Sweep, mop, wash polish floors

Pick up of garbage

Vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, hardwood and vinyl floors

Dust furniture, clean polish metal fixtures and fittings

Clean, mop, disinfect kitchen and toilets, polish fixtures and appliances

Wipe down appliances

Clean vacant suites for new tenants

Other relevant duties as assigned by Regional Manager/supervisor

**Qualifications and Requirements**

Experience in cleaning job

Valid driver's license

Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at work

Must successfully complete a security clearance

Flexible to work 5 days a week
