Liftsafe Engineering and Service Group Inc.a memeber of the Liftsafe Group of Companies, specializes in a variety of different areas including inspections, service, engineering and fabrication; we supply overhead cranes, jib cranes and other industrial material handling equipment to our large customer base throughout Ontario. We are looking to grow our sales team in the London-Windsor territory. The primary duties and responsibilities of the sales representative include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Identify new potential corporate customers
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing &/or potential customers through a relationship-based/consultative approach
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective. customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing and management
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization
- Consistent adherence and utilization of internal CRM system
- Cold call potential customers to promote Liftsafe Engineering and Service Group offerings.
- Assist the sales representative by sharing leads for larger projects/contracts
- Travel throughout the assigned sales territory to meet with customers, cold call on potential customers, while adhering to all COVID-19 protocols
- Strong understanding/experience of sales cycle/funnel
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to close
- Prior cold-calling experience in a sales setting
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A personable and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and strong follow through
- Knowledge of the crane and hoist industry
- CRM knowledge
This role offers a base salary with incentive program.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
