**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Our new food chain restaurant chain that aims to redefine the dining experience for Gen Z in Vancouver We’re dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality food in a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for talented, passionate and experienced servers to join our team and help us create unforgettable dining moments.

**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service Excellence**:Provide outstanding service to guests by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu offerings. Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
- **Daily Operations**:Execute daily run-down tasks efficiently, ensuring that the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for service. Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining space as needed.
- **Cashier Systems**:Operate the cashier system accurately, handling transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout process for guests. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
- **Menu Knowledge**:Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively answer guest questions and make personalized recommendations.
- **Understanding Gen Z Preferences**: Be attuned to the behaviours, food preferences, and trends of Gen Z diners. Adapt service styles and suggestions to meet their unique needs and desires in dining experiences.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient service and communication. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
- **Feedback Collection**:Gather guest feedback to help improve service and dining experiences. Communicate any guest concerns to management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant at least 1 year, preferably in a large-scale food chain.
- Strong understanding of customer-facing roles, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with cashier systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
