**About Us**:
Uptown Wings is known for serving high-quality wings and delicious comfort food. We’re expanding and looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team at our North York takeout location.

As a **Cashier/Front Staff**, you will be the face of Uptown Wings, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll play a key role in taking orders, guiding customers through our menu, and ensuring accurate transactions. If you love food and enjoy engaging with people, we’d love to have you on board

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
- Understand and master the Uptown Wings menu to recommend and upsell items effectively.
- Accurately take orders via the POS system for in-person and phone-in orders.
- Answer customer inquiries, offering suggestions that suit their tastes and dietary needs.
- Ensure all orders are prepared and packed accurately for takeout.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and takeout area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service or as a cashier is an asset.
- Ability to learn our menu quickly and explain it confidently to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about great food.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
