Chief Marketing Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Chief Marketing Officer to join our team in Toronto. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and expanding our customer base. You will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategies, aligning them with the overall business objectives of Mani Wonders Inc.
- Lead the marketing team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success and professional growth.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Drive brand positioning and awareness through effective messaging, storytelling, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote product launches, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Segment the target market and develop customer personas to guide marketing strategies and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring their deliverables meet quality standards and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry experts to maximize brand exposure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and digital advancements to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including online and offline touchpoints.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on marketing performance, insights, and future initiatives.
- Identify and assess new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand brand reach and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Marketing, or a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the consumer product industry.
- Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing external agencies, vendors, and media partnerships.
- Experience in the Engineering/Ecommerce industry or a related field is highly desirable.
