Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an Inside Sale Coordinator who will work with our Account Executives to manage the day-to-day service requirements with existing accounts. You will be responsible for internal resource coordination to ensure timely responses for existing and new targeted accounts. You will help maintain customer great customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Aid the Sales team with existing customer interactions.
- Efficiently manages and proactively follows internal process for bid responses from start to finish. This includes coordinating the submittal package drawings, releasing the project, entering required information in our CRM.
- Thoroughly review documentation prior to sending to customers.
- Post installation follow up with customers including close-out documentation gathering.
- Create and maintain quote closing calendar to aid Sales and Operation in meeting deadlines/closings.
- Keep in constant communication with the Sales Team.
- Serves as the point of contact for Account Executives who are in the field at client engagements.
- Communicates effectively with customers, as well as within the company, to facilitate clear and accurate written and oral information exchange.
- Uses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, providing proactive customer service.
- Have the ability to identify and respond to problems urgently.
- Being able to identify the issues is a must.
- Applies organizational and multi-tasking skills to prioritize the many projects and customers that require follow ups.
- Aid Sales team with taking the lead on Marketing initiatives. Coordinate company involvement with Marketing posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
- Track leads from website and traction from Marketing blasts.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Social Media platforms.
- Strong organization abilities and high attention to detail
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Able to handle high peaks of workload and to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload when handling various responsibilities at once
- Marketing background an asset.
