Supervising Host/hostess

The Dog House Restaurant is looking for a host/hostess with the potential of moving into a supervisory role to help lead our front of house team. To be successful in this role, you will need supervisory skills and customer service experience. Although Restaurant experience is preferred, we will certainly consider applicants with retail/cashier experience. General Responsibilities Include:

- Assist in supervising front of house staff when Restaurant Managers are not on property.
- Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff members while leading by example with hard work, accuracy and efficiency
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and company policies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and operating procedures.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
