In this Quality Assurance Analyst role, under the supervision of the development department, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing test environments.
- Creating and executing integration tests to ensure the quality of web software.
- Testing the validity, accuracy, and reliability of software results according to established standards.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing strategies.
- Maintaining permanent test scenarios and defining automated and manual test scripts.
- Writing test plans and test cases based on developer specifications.
- Reviewing and verifying quality standards and testing procedures to maximize software efficiency.
- Documenting tests, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance.
- Occasionally traveling to clients’ locations for specific projects (as needed).

- Development, implementation, and maintenance of automated tests (an asset).
- Basic programming knowledge (Scripts, Java, or C# ASP.NET — an asset).
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Understanding of software life cycles.

**Expérience and Qualifications**:
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.
